8 Week Challenge

Our 8 Week Challenge is a progressive overload strength training program designed to help individuals burn body fat and become more educated in how to follow a structured training plan.

Although you do not have to be an athlete and you can be any age to join our 8 Week Challenge, if you have any ailments this may not be the right fit for you. This is a very challenging fitness program that will challenge you mentally, physically and athletically.

Although body composition change is the main goal, you will also become more flexible, mobile, stronger and athletic.

Nutrition guidelines and or plans will be provided as well as scheduled training hours and a gym membership. Feel free to contact with any other questions and before signing up, check in with a staff member to find out what dates our challenge will be running.
